Before you schedule an appointment or procedure with Texas Foot Surgeons, always check with your insurance carrier to determine your policy’s benefits and any pre-visit requirements. As a patient, it is your responsibility to ensure you are covered for any services you receive and to provide accurate insurance information to facilitate the billing process.

All insurance co-payment or self-payment is accepted at the time of service. Patients may pay for services provided with cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express.

Insurance co-payment and co-insurance information is collected prior to your visit so that we may verify insurance coverage and any additional pre-visit documentation required by your insurance company.

If your insurance company is not listed below, please call our office and speak with one of our patient representatives to see if we participate with your specific insurance policy. The list of participating insurance plans changes due to new insurance plans and contracting opportunities.
